Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Candy Sellsperson and Customer Service Representative.
As a Candy Sellsperson and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products - Assist customers with placing orders - Perform data entry and maintain customer records in the system - Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience Requirements:
