Position Title:Sr Chemical Process Engineer

Sr Process Engineer
Responsibilities will include:
Lead the development of Front End Process Design Packages for capital improvements to address safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost opportunities This will consist of:
Process description and key technology and risk summary
Integration of design principles for operability, maintainability and reliability
Process simulations
Heat and Material Balance and Process Flow Diagrams
Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams
Process Equipment Specifications
Evaluation of Process Economics
Support capital engineering with Project Punch-listing, Commissioning and Startup
Work within teams to develop and implement productivity projects with the overall goal of achieving improved safety, higher yields, better production rates, and higher attainment
Development of tracking systems to monitor performance of various process indicators.
Effective use of OSHA-PSM elements including Process Hazards Analysis, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Review, and Standard Operating Procedures
Become an expert on the process chemistry, the operating philosophy, and the process design basis for the equipment
Identify and implement improvements on basic control schemes and advanced process control strategies
Provide technical support to operating areas to ensure an adherence to standard and a drive for continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years experience in process, production and/or manufacturing engineering within the chemical, petroleum and/or polymer industrial manufacturing environments
Additional Qualifications:
10 years experience in process, production and/or manufacturing engineering within the chemical, petroleum or polymer industrial manufacturing environments - Preferred
Proven history of delivering productivity, safety, and environmental improvements through capital-efficient projects
Extensive experience in the fundamentals of process simulation and design for a broad range of unit operations including reaction, distillation, refrigeration, fired heaters, and heat exchange
Familiarity with chemical plant Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Honeywell Experion and/or advanced control a plus
Six Sigma certification a plus
Understanding of various utility systems, including steam boilers, water distribution systems, instrument air systems, etc.
Strong process and mechanical troubleshooting experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team including salaried and hourly coworkers
Experienced in the integration of environmental permit compliance limits within process design
Ability to be self-directed in managing multiple priorities
Strong computer skills, including process simulation and design tools.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
