Reliability Engineer
Oversee Mechanical Integrity inspection program for all infrastructure at the site
Develop inspection schedules and plans for infrastructure
Review infrastructure inspection results and communicate recommended actions to the site
Drive completion of inspections and recommended repairs
Develop infrastructure inspection management in Meridium software
Provide supporting documentation for capital projects and major repairs related to infrastructure refurbishment
Provide analysis of failed infrastructure components to determine and eliminate cause(s).
Advise, review and approve temporary repairs and modifications to equipment - infrastructure.
Advise on proper execution and documentation of repair and preventive maintenance (PM) activities for infrastructure and other fixed assets. Where necessary support job plan and shop paper development in support these activities.
Perform safety and work quality audits of hourly employees and contractors executing inspections
Identify and interface with preferred equipment manufacturers, specialists, and technical support consultants.
Support site Maintenance Department planners and foremen as required.
Support equipment installations/upgrades by ensuring design-for-maintainability and relaibility are incorporated into projects
Develop and implement Reliability Control Plans for infrastructure to drive long-term improvements in safety, environmental, and operational performance.
All activities above require close coordination and alignment with site structural engineers
Basic Qualifications:
BS in Mechanical Engineering
0 ? 2+ years chemical/petrochemical plant maintenance and/or reliability engineering experience
Additional Qualifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
Experience in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational, planning and verbal/written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with proven success working independently and in a multi-functional team environment
Proficient use of MS Office Suite of software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in a leadership role; temporary or interim assignment acceptable
Familiarity interpreting and applying state and federal regulatory requirements governing the operation and maintenance of pressure vessels, boilers, relief devices, tanks and piping
Knowledge of mechanical machinery design, selection, repair techniques and performance assessment
Knowledge of engineering materials chemical compatibility and application as relates to plant equipment reliability
Knowledge and practical experience in the application of various welding practices
Hands-on experience using SAP work management system or similar
Practical experience facilitating Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis utilizing a selection of industry standard tools
Experience with maintenance work execution/supervision in a unionized environment
Working knowledge of drafting and project planning software (e.g. AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project, Primavera, etc.)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
