Paper Mill Superintendent

Career Opportunity Responsible for manufacturing activities for two or less paper machines. Conducts/schedules training of employees as required. Ensures company guidelines/policies are adhered to.   How you will impact WestRock Manage environmental compliance, safety, quality, production and production costs for paper machine and stock prep areas Plans and schedules mill maintenance outages for the paper machine and stock prep areas and organizes and schedules lockouts for these outages Monitor and control paper mill production rates Assures that all maintenance planning and scheduling are efficient and timely Develop department employees through effective communication, training, and supervisory skills   WestRock Values Integrity - We are honest, ethical and do the right thing. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
